Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at 111 Abrasives Australia. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. The delivery time made known to you are estimates.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders made before 2:00PM are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

A delivery charge will apply to all deliveries. Back-order deliveries may be exempted from a delivery charge, these deliveries are for partially fulfilled orders.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Damages

111 Abrasives Australia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Claims must be made within 2 business days of receiving the damaged goods.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping

Our online shop only caters for domestic purchases within Australia, please contact us at info@111abrasives.com.au for international enquiries.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

111 Abrasives Australia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Authority to leave

Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods from 111 Abrasives third party contractor shall be presumed to be authorised to receive the goods. 

You may nominate to have the goods delivered to a nominated address without requiring the authorised recipient to be present by selecting an authority to leave option. All goods left under this provision are left at your risk. 111 Abrasives does not bear any responsibility or liability for loss or damage to the goods and you indemnify 111 Abrasives Australia against all loss or damage which addler may suffer or incur in connection with the Authority to leave option.

If there is no one at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods and you did not select ‘Authority to leave’ the order will not be left at the premises. 111 Abrasives Australia’s third party contractor or 111 Abrasives Australia will contact you to arrange a redelivery which may incur an additional delivery fee. If the goods could not be delivered despite a second attempt to do so then you may be charged a restocking fee.
